leaps_sleep
Enables device entering the sleep state (if in low-power mode). The entering the sleep mode can be delayed internally if it is necessary, simply speaking, there is no guarantee that device will enter sleep mode immediately after the call to leaps_sleep. Should be called only from the thread context if used in user application. Blocks until leaps_wake_up is called.
