leaps_sleep
Enables device entering the sleep state (if in low-power mode). The entering the sleep state can be delayed internally if it is necessary. There is no guarantee that device will enter sleep state immediately after the call to leaps_sleep. The device need to be woken up from sleep state to enter normal state. The wake up requires for example an input on the serial interface.
