Setting uwb subsystem: LEAPS RTLS, FIRA
Input
uwbs: ‘0’ | ‘1’, 2-bits (UWB subsystem , 0=LEAPS RTLS, 1=FIRA)
uwbs_mode: ‘0’ | ‘1’, 2-bits (For LEAPS RTLS, this field is unused, it will apply mode setting before switching into fira mode. For FIRA, 0=UCI, 1=NIQ)
reserved: 4-bits (Reserved for future usage)
